Job summary

ABN AMRO Clearing USA LLC, based in Chicago, seeks a Business Analyst for Market Infrastructure to optimize processes, systems, and tooling. You translate product improvements into end-to-end solutions, liaising with Risk, Development, Operations, and Commercial teams.

This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Chicago several days per week. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in derivatives/equities, CCP/exchange experience a plus, and strong SQL/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in derivatives and equities post-trade lifecycle
• Experience with CCP/clearing house or exchange a plus
• Experience in an international environment
• Knowledge of FIX protocol and trading system components
• Experience delivering complex IT implementations with developers
• Proven drive to exceed stakeholder expectations
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with proactive mindset
• Lead change processes and engage internal/external stakeholders
• Intermediate SQL and Excel skills

Responsibilities

• 5+ years experience in the derivatives and equities post-trade lifecycle from trade capture to settlement
• Work with CCPs, clearing houses, or exchanges is a plus
• Operate in an international environment and coordinate with multiple teams
• Work with FIX protocol and other trading system components
• Collaborate on complex IT implementations with developers
• Drive stakeholder expectations and deliver results on time
• Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements
• Lead change initiatives and document progress with stakeholders
• Utilize SQL and Excel for data analysis and validation
