Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing highly complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience driving large programs across Product, Eng, Legal, External Engagement.
• Strong leadership to manage upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Clear verbal and written communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to identify breakdowns and scale processes within growing areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and launch expansion programs for new markets and new horizontal / vertical capabilities.
• Drive and own plans and critical path for market launch activities.
• Orchestrate deliverables, scope and timelines across internal teams including Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal, and Operations.
• Establish new or improve existing workflows and processes to build a strong foundation for the org to grow and scale.
• Proactively identify and reduce both short- and long-term business-critical risks and dependencies.
• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned; represent programs from senior leadership to execution teams; escalate effectively when needed to remove blockers.
