Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied experience in product engineering or delivery roles.
• Experience supporting virtual desktop and application streaming environments.
• Strong TCP/IP troubleshooting skills and infrastructure knowledge in high-availability environments.
• Excellent communication with traders, technology teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with change management and incident management in regulated financial services.
• Hands-on automation experience with scripting languages and APIs.
• Strong documentation, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own stability, performance, and end-to-end product delivery of market data platforms across global lines.
• Support and manage broker/trading applications and related services.
• Develop and drive automation solutions to improve efficiency and incident resolution.
• Monitor service health, analyze trends, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead software releases, upgrades, migrations, and platform initiatives from planning through production.
