Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Product Delivery Manager to own the stability and delivery of strategic market data platforms that power global trading and business functions. You will combine technical delivery, automation, and vendor management to keep services secure, resilient, and highly available across regions.

You will lead incident resolution, planning, and production releases, partnering with engineering, operations, and business units to implement proactive improvements and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in product engineering concepts.
• Experience supporting virtual desktop and application streaming environments.
• Strong TCP/IP troubleshooting skills and infrastructure knowledge; experience managing production incidents in high-availability environments.
• Strong communication skills with traders, tech teams, vendors and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with change and incident management in regulated financial services.
• Hands-on automation with PowerShell, Python, REST APIs or similar tools.
• Strong documentation and time-management skills for multi-priority work.

Responsibilities

• Own stability, performance and end-to-end delivery of market data platforms across global lines.
• Support and manage broker/trading applications (Tradeweb, ICAP, BrokerTec, Tullett Prebon, Tradition).
• Develop automation to improve efficiency, service quality and incident resolution.
• Monitor service health, analyze metrics, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead software releases, upgrades, migrations and platform initiatives from planning to production.
• Collaborate with business, operations, engineering and vendor teams to deliver tech solutions.
• Lead major incident response, root-cause analysis and remediation to reduce recurring issues.
• Oversee daily operations, change management and transition of new services into production.
• Manage vendor relationships and roadmaps to meet delivery commitments.
• Drive resiliency initiatives including disaster recovery and capacity planning.
• Own technology risks, control gaps and regulatory remediation activities.
