Job summary

AbbVie seeks an Associate Director, Elahere iMAP, to shape international access, pricing and reimbursement strategies across markets. The role translates clinical, payer, policy and market insights into actions that optimize price, evidence, and patient access while aligning global, Area, and Affiliate stakeholders.

Responsibilities include developing core access deliverables, supporting 2L PROC/2L PSOC launches, and coordinating cross-functional teams to inform payer strategy and lifecycle

Qualifications

• 5+ years of biotech/pharma payer, market access or pricing experience.
• Global/international payer and access experience, preferably in oncology.
• Ability to translate clinical and economic insights into access recommendations.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Area, Affiliate and internal partners.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical and PM skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Elahere international access, pricing and reimbursement strategy.
• Develop core access deliverables and value materials.
• Partner with Area/Affiliate teams on pricing and patient access.
• Advance lifecycle access planning and launch readiness.
• Coordinate with Pricing, HEOR, Regulatory, and other teams on payer strategy.
• Manage access workstreams, budgets, documentation and records.
• Monitor pricing and policy developments across priority markets.
