Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line in Miami is seeking a Manager, Global Strategic Sourcing, IT to drive end-to-end sourcing for IT sub-categories across brands. You will negotiate renewals, manage contracts, run RFPs, and support enterprise negotiations with Sr. leaders while balancing multiple stakeholder needs.

The role emphasizes data integrity, policy compliance, and collaboration with Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, and AI governance teams to achieve savings targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience negotiating renewals, SOWs, mid-size SaaS/subscription contracts.
• Ability to build bid comparisons and total-cost models.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing/procurement systems and CLM tooling.
• Strong analytical and cross-brand collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing events for IT sub-categories and support category strategies.
• Serve as day-to-day sourcing point of contact for stakeholders across brands.
• Own end-to-end contract lifecycle execution and policy compliance.
• Coordinate risk reviews with Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, AI governance, Insurance and Tax.
• Maintain spend visibility and lead renewal analytics for leadership reporting.
