Carnival Corporation Ltd. is seeking a Director of Maritime Cyber Safety Engineering to lead strategy, design, and operational readiness of cyber safety across the global fleet.

You will establish secure shipboard OT environments, deploy cyber defense technologies, and partner with IT, compliance, and vendors to implement robust controls. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• CISSP, GICSP, or comparable OT security certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in cybersecurity/OT engineering leadership roles.
• Experience leading global, matrixed teams in regulated maritime environments.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute global Maritime Cyber Safety Engineering strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead design, implementation, and lifecycle management of fleet OT cyber defenses.
• Establish secure OT architecture, segmentation, and access controls.
• Direct cross-functional delivery with IT, operations, vendors and shipboard stakeholders.
• Develop governance, standards, and performance measures for cyber safety engineering.
• Maintain fleetwide visibility of OT assets, vulnerabilities, and remediation priorities.
• Act as senior escalation point for OT cyber incidents and high-risk vulnerabilities.
• Create and maintain engineering standards, reference architectures, and test plans.
• Coach and develop Maritime Cyber Safety managers and engineers.
• Manage budgets, contracts, licenses, and vendor performance.
