Job summary

L’Oréal USA, a global leader in beauty, seeks a Manager for Global Finance (Margin and Profitability) to own product margin for Urban Decay and Youth to the People and to lead end-to-end transfer price and launch profitability processes.

You will collaborate with Finance, Tax, Marketing, and Brand teams to optimize margins, ensure accuracy in inter‑group billings, and drive automation of margin controls across Luxe Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field.
• MBA preferred, but not required.
• 5–8 years of experience in finance.
• Excellent data management and understanding of systems including Excel.
• SAP or TM1/Cognos a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting for Product Margin of UD and YTTP and lead end-to-end Transfer Price and Launch profitability processes.
• Collaborate with Luxe WW Division DMI Finance and US Tax to ensure global standards and tax compliance.
• Work with Marketing, Brand Controllers and General Management to drive brand profitability and growth.
