Job summary

L'Oréal USA Finance & Legal in New York is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with Marketing/Brand teams within the Luxe division. You will manage A&P spend across 19 brands, ensure data integrity, and support strategic decisions with variance analysis and LE forecasting.

You will work hybrid from our Hudson Yards office, driving financial excellence, budgets, reporting, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in finance.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint, with experience in SAP.
• Proactive, team-player with ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• A&P Spend Management: Track actual A&P expenditures for 19 Luxe Division brands; ensure data integrity and proper accruals.
• Reporting & Analytics: Deliver A&P tracking processes, variance analysis, and LE accuracy.
• Strategic Business Partner: Provide timely financial info to Marketing/Brand teams and Brand Controllers.
