Job summary

L’Oréal USA, Inc. is seeking a Manager- Global Finance (Margin and Profitability) in El Segundo, CA. You will oversee product margin for Urban Decay and Youth to the People and drive end-to-end transfer pricing and launch profitability within Luxe Affaire Produit.

You will partner with global finance, tax, marketing, and operations to optimize margins, manage intergroup transactions, and lead margin-control initiatives. This role offers a hybrid work model with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field. MBA preferred, but not required
• 5 - 8 years of experience in finance preferred
• Excellent at data management and understanding of systems including Excel
• SAP or TM1/Cognos a plus
• Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills; business acumen; leadership skills; oral and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Profitable Growth & Business Partnering: collaborate with Marketing to ensure launches are accretive to Product Margin; act as gatekeeper for launch profitability
• Financial Planning & Operational Excellence of InterGroup Margin and Transfer Price: manage trend and budget cycles, ensure accuracy, provide projections to senior leadership
• Transformation & Systems Strategy: lead process improvements and digitization of margin controls; implement new initiatives to enhance reporting speed and accuracy
• Maintain internal controls and documentation for inter-company transactions; support audits
