Job summary

Rockwell Automation, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Operations Test Engineering to lead a geographically distributed team supporting test equipment and processes across North America.

You will ensure rapid response during line-down events and drive continuous improvement in PCBAs, final assemblies, and large systems. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Test Engineering and offers a hybrid schedule based in Mequon, WI, with collaboration across plant operations,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
Ability to travel ~10% of the time.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

Lead a geographically distributed Manufacturing Operations Test Engineering team across North America.
Develop talent through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
Establish communication and escalation processes for critical production issues.
Guide standardization of test processes and knowledge sharing across sites and NPI teams.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, maintenance, and plant leadership.
