Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Plant Systems Specialist to drive the strategic integration and management of our manufacturing IT infrastructure on the Topeka site. You will oversee SQL databases, MES configurations, and quality reporting systems, partnering with local leadership and regional IT to implement next‑generation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing operations or core supply chain processes.
• Proficient with AVEVA, SQL, SAP/Production modules is a plus.
• Experience configuring and maintaining manufacturing databases and MES.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant integration projects and manage change for smooth deployments.
• Configure, test, and optimize SAP (WMS/QM/PM/EAM), SPC, and local QA databases.
• Collaborate with leadership and regional IT to standardize and scale capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, Food Safety, and global manufacturing standards.
• Provide technical guidance and training to plant operations teams.
