Job summary

Project Farma in the United States seeks a Manufacturing & Tech Ops - Manager/Senior Manager to lead teams, oversee program delivery, and ensure high-quality manufacturing operations within GMP standards.

The role balances people leadership with operational accountability, driving continuous improvement and scalable processes across multiple projects while coordinating with senior leaders and external partners. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science, engineering, or related field and 7–13+ years pharma/regulated ops experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and technology transfer in GMP environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for complex manufacturing operations and tech transfers within GMP environments.
• Develop integrated program plans, critical path analyses, risk registers, and resource plans.
• Own stage-gate processes and governance deliverables ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Manufacturing, Process Development, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate requirements into executable plans and training.
• Support technology transfer activities from development into GMP manufacturing with documentation and readiness reviews.
• Facilitate resolution of technical, operational, and quality issues during operations, startup or shutdown.
• Develop manufacturing batch records, SOPs, or validation protocols as required.
• Perform operational readiness assessments covering equipment, facility, supply chain, and training.
