Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager to lead large, cross‑functional programs for medical devices and drug-device combinations across global sites. You will craft execution strategies, milestones and governance, steering teams in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality to deliver launches and transfers.

Candidates should have 10+ years in pharma/biotech or device manufacturing, global program experience, and strong skills in MS Office, MS Project, Power BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; advanced degrees a plus.
• 10+ years pharma/biotech or device manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 5 years global program/project management experience.
• Experience with drug product fill/finish, device manufacturing and packaging operations.
• Strong MS Excel/Project/PowerPoint/Teams skills; collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, execution strategies, resources, deliverables and milestones.
• Manage the program according to the approved financial plan.
• Articulate strategy and milestones to stakeholders; maintain alignment.
• Develop governance structures, WBS, RACI matrices and risk registers.
• Plan and facilitate global meetings; ensure closure and handover of responsibilities.
• Drive cross-functional problem solving and continuous improvement in program practices.
