Qualifications

• Engineering degree with manufacturing focus; 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in medium- to high-volume electronic/electromechanical manufacturing.
• Ability to travel internationally (20–30%).

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering team members, providing direction and mentorship.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Manufacturing to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
• Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements based on DFT/DFM.
• Develop production processes and tooling for new products.
• Review and approve manufacturing documentation for new products.
• Support new product launches and travel to global factories as needed.
• Improve quality, cost and delivery through continuous improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Support capacity planning by assessing test and manufacturing capability against volumes.
• Develop relationships with contract manufacturers and adhere to company policies.
