Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager to lead large, cross-site programs spanning manufacturing, testing, labeling, packaging and release of drug-device products.

You will drive execution strategies, milestones, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Engineering, Science & Technology, Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory. Strong communication and executive presence are essential to deliver value and launches successfully.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; advanced degrees and PM certification are a plus.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, engineering, science & technology or technical operations in pharma/biotech/device.
• Minimum 5 years global program/project management experience.
• Experience with drug product fill/finish, device manufacturing or combination product packaging.
• Experience with product transfer from development to operations and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, execution strategies, resources, deliverables and milestones.
• Manage the program per the financial plan and report variances.
• Communicate strategy and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish governance structures, WBS, timelines, RACI and risk registers.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for acceleration, efficiency and cost reduction across global operations.
• Lead global meetings, document actions and ensure accountability.
• Ensure formal close-out of programs and transfer ongoing responsibilities.
