Job summary

Elemental Brands is hiring a Global Manufacturing Project Manager or Associate Manager in Reno, NV. The role oversees offshore production, contract manufacturers in Asia, and imported sub-assemblies, acting as the bridge among overseas partners and domestic teams to meet strict specs and schedules.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end projects, coordinating with engineering, quality, supply chain, and distribution, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining project momentum.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management or production coordination experience, managing overseas manufacturing
• Must possess a valid passport and travel internationally up to 15% annually
• Familiarity with international manufacturing practices, quality control standards (FAI, CPT, AQL)
• Experience with Asia-based suppliers and contract manufacturers

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects with contract manufacturers and suppliers in Asia
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 15% to inspect facilities and resolve issues
• Coordinate with Technologies division and Sr. Director for hand-offs and reviews
• Align overseas production timelines with domestic delivery schedules across multiple departments
• Analyze drawings, BOMs, and customer requirements to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges
• Establish SOPs for overseas hand-offs, import coordination, and sample approvals
• Monitor overseas capacity and shipping schedules to mitigate risks
• Create and present project metrics and quotes-to-market conversions
