Job summary
Cooler Master USA is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to act as the technical and operational bridge between Asia-based manufacturing centers and our Fremont, CA facility. You will lead multi‑department collaboration to localize production while upholding global quality and efficiency standards.
The role requires 3–5 years managing complex manufacturing projects, strong Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and fluency in Mandarin and English.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Business, Operations, or Supply Chain.
- 3–5 years managing complex manufacturing projects.
- Experience from concept through EOL in manufacturing programs.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a detailed project plan for manufacturing line transfer from Asia.
- Monitor milestones to keep the facility launch on schedule.
- Identify bottlenecks and develop backup plans.
- Ensure tools, jigs, and fixtures are calibrated at the new site before production.
