Job summary

Elemental Brands is seeking a Domestic Manufacturing Project Manager or Associate Manager to lead projects for domestically manufactured products and internal assemblies. You will coordinate Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, Quality, Production, Distribution, and internal teams to meet precise specifications and on-time delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management or production coordination in metal fabrication, with experience in ERP/MRP systems, CAD viewing, and CPQ tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management or production coordination in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Experience with precision metal fabrication and CNC sheet metal concepts.
• Experience with ERP/MRP platforms and CAD viewing software, CPQ tools, and office suites.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and multi‑tasking under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee domestically manufactured projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Track workflows across sheet metal fabrication, machining, finishing, and assembly.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to inspect facilities and resolve production issues.
• Ensure projects meet engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Create and standardize processes and SOPs for domestic manufacturing.
• Provide status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
