Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Verona, Mississippi, seeks a seasoned manufacturing leader to oversee multiple shifts, enforce SOPs, and drive safety and efficiency across the plant. You will mentor supervisors, coordinate maintenance, and ensure daily production schedules are met with high quality parts.

With 10+ years in manufacturing and Lean/QI experience, you will guide teams, improve processes, and support a strong safety culture across all shifts in a global consumer health operations environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years in a manufacturing role.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Quality Improvement principles and system Improvement Methods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all disciplines across multiple shifts for SOPs, audits, safety, and housekeeping.
• Provide quality parts/product to ensure daily and weekly production schedules are consistently met.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to keep machines, tools, and assembly lines operating at peak efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Operations Managers, Supervisors, and production personnel across multiple shifts.
• Champion workplace safety initiatives and compliance across all shifts.

Bachelor's degree in business or related field
