Responsibilities

Lead the manufacturing operations function for medical products, including production strategy, capacity planning, cost management, quality performance, and operational scalability.
Develop and execute a long‑term manufacturing roadmap aligned with growth objectives, product portfolio needs, and customer service expectations.
Oversee domestic and international supplier and contract manufacturing relationships, ensuring reliable sourcing of components, competitive pricing, quality performance, and supply continuity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global contract manufacturers and suppliers, focusing on risk management and regulatory compliance.
Establish and lead supplier quality management programs, including audits, corrective actions, scorecards, and continuous improvement.
Partner cross‑functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure compliance and growth.
