Responsibilities

• Lead the manufacturing operations function for medical products, including production strategy, capacity planning, cost management, quality performance, and operational scalability.
• Develop and execute a long‑term manufacturing roadmap aligned with growth objectives, product portfolio needs, and customer service expectations.
• Oversee domestic and international supplier and contract manufacturing relationships, ensuring reliable sourcing of components, competitive pricing, quality performance, and supply continuity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global contract manufacturers and suppliers, focusing on risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and lead supplier quality management programs, including audits, corrective actions, scorecards, and continuous improvement.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure compliance and growth.
