Job summary

Sarnova seeks a Vice President, Manufacturing Operations to lead the company’s medical product manufacturing strategy, execution, and global sourcing initiatives. The role oversees facilities development and ensures safe, compliant, and cost-effective production across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in regulated medical product manufacturing.
• Experience leading manufacturing strategy, capacity planning, and facility development.
• Experience sourcing components internationally and managing contract manufacturers.
• Knowledge of FDA QSR, ISO 13485, GMP and related regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations for medical products, including production strategy, capacity planning, cost management, quality performance, and scalability.
• Develop and execute a long-term manufacturing roadmap aligned with growth objectives and customer needs.
• Oversee supplier relationships, including international contracts, pricing, quality, and supply continuity.
• Lead the design, construction, start-up and regulatory readiness of new facilities.
• Drive continuous improvement via Lean, Six Sigma, and automation.
