Job summary

Resonetics, a global leader in advanced engineering and micro manufacturing for the medical device industry, seeks a VP of Operations to drive operational excellence across a large on-site manufacturing site. You will oversee Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Facilities, partnering with Quality, EHS, and Global Supply Chain to shape strategy and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years experience in manufacturing or CDMO/Med Device preferred.
• Proven success leading a production operation to balance safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Track record building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong continuous improvement mindset in lean/six sigma environments.
• Data-driven mindset using KPIs, dashboards, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a large operations organization aligned with corporate strategy and growth objectives.
• Build and foster a high-performance team with accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma, to improve quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans, including capacity expansion and process optimization.
• Own full P&L performance, achieving financial targets, cost control and margin expansion.
• Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Ensure regulatory and quality standards compliance (ISO, FDA).
• Partner cross-functionally with Quality, EHS/Facilities, Supply Chain, Commercial, R&D, and Finance to align capabilities with market needs.
• Provide regular, accurate reporting on operational and financial performance to leadership.
• Lead annual operating plans, budgets, and long-term strategic initiatives.
• Champion a strong safety culture and adherence to EH&S standards.
• Support M&A activities and integration as needed.
