Job summary

Crestron Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager – Manufacturing PMO to lead the transition of new products from Engineering into Production and serve as the primary interface between Engineering and Operations.

You will own planning and execution of multiple NPI projects, ensuring readiness, supplier alignment, and successful product launches. The role collaborates with Design Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and external contract manufacturers to drive ramps, validate readiness,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of Project Management experience leading multiple large projects.
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control projects, identify risks, hold status meetings, and manage priorities and resources.
• Create manufacturing process plans and support NPI product launches.
• Lead prototype builds in production and coordinate reviews with Engineering and Operations.
• Develop procurement plans and identify long‑lead parts for prototype and production builds.
• Coordinate launch plans for internal/direct launches at the NJ facility and with contract manufacturers.
• Review roadmaps with Engineering PMO and Product Management to plan for demand changes.
