Job summary

Bosch is launching the Junior Management Program – Manufacturing – PS, a 24-month accelerated leadership program designed to develop high-potential talent for future leadership roles in Bosch manufacturing. You will rotate through operations and cross-functional areas, gaining leadership, technical, and business capabilities for long-term success.

The program combines challenging assignments, mandatory international experience, executive mentorship, and formal learning.

Qualifications

Master’s degree required in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
Two internship/co-op semesters or two years of professional experience.
No more than five years post-graduate experience.
Interest in long-term career in MFG leadership.
Strong leadership, influence, collaboration, and ownership.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willingness to relocate domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Complete 3–4 tailored developmental rotations over 24 months.
Complete a mandatory international rotation as part of the JMP.
Gain hands-on experience within MFG and manufacturing processes.
Lead and support projects focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and People.
Analyze manufacturing performance and KPIs and develop countermeasures.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across rotations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and HR.
Present outcomes and progress to MFG and senior leadership.
