Bosch invites applications for the Junior Management Program – Manufacturing, a 24-month accelerated leadership program designed to develop high-potential talent for future leadership roles in manufacturing. The program features tailored rotations across functions, mandatory international experience, mentorship, and formal learning paths.

Participants demonstrate high performance, adaptability, and readiness for increased responsibility, with opportunities to present outcomes to senior leaders

Formación

• Master’s degree required in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Two internship/co-op semesters OR two years of professional experience.
• No more than five years of post-graduate professional experience.
• Willingness to relocate domestically and internationally.
• Fluency in German or Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete 3–4 tailored developmental rotations over 24 months, each 4–8 months.
• Complete a mandatory international rotation as part of the program.
• Gain hands-on experience in MFG including production leadership and processes.
• Lead and support projects focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and People.
• Analyze manufacturing KPIs, identify gaps, and develop countermeasures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and CIP across rotations.
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and HR.
• Present outcomes and progress to MFG and senior leadership.
