Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a detailed project plan outlining every phase of the manufacturing line transfer.
• Oversee the decommissioning, installation, and calibration of machinery and specialized tooling.
• Ensure all technical manuals, engineering drawings, and work instructions are updated and accurately transferred.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance.
• Identify project risks and bottlenecks early to implement effective mitigation strategies.
