Job summary

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an experienced Manufacturing IT Project Manager to plan, oversee, and document Enterprise Asset Management and calibration software projects across 11 sites in the OMX program. The role requires Life Science Solution experience for GMP, validation, and regulatory risk across a complex, matrixed organization.

You will drive PMO governance, manage data migrations to GMP systems, coordinate internal teams and vendors, and ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Ability to work with limited guidance in a matrixed, complex environment while owning outcomes of OMX program/site projects
• Proven ability to guide and lead the work of others
• Builds strong teams who are willing to go beyond expected or assigned roles
• Possess a basic understanding and acumen of IT systems, environments, and processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Drives changes to project scope and schedule while maintaining SDLC/Validation requirements
• Strong presentation skills with experience delivering to management
• Self-motivated and independent thinker who can translate circumstances into actions
• Excellent critical thinking, troubleshooting, crisis management, and decision-making under pressure

• Oversee multi-site OMX program delivery on time and within budget
• Coordinate data migration into GMP Maintenance and Manufacturing Systems
• Lead risk mitigation plans with stakeholders and vendors
• Ensure validated environments meet regulatory standards
• Prepare timelines and progress reports for senior management
