Advanced Manufacturing Tech Solutions PTE. LTD. (AMTSOL) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Site Maintenance Programme at our North Carolina biopharmaceutical facility.

This role defines maintenance plans, coordinates engineering and operations, and ensures GMP compliance. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in project management and maintenance, with CMMS exposure (SAP PM/Maximo) and strong stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management, site maintenance, or facilities operations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional site teams and procurement stakeholders.
• Familiarity with GMP, maintenance planning, contractor management, and readiness.
• Experience with CMMS tools (SAP PM, Maximo) is advantageous.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site maintenance programmes, engineering support activities, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with site maintenance, operations, engineering, and procurement teams to align project priorities and execution plans.
• Manage technical vendors, OEMs, contractors, and external service providers, ensuring timely delivery of agreed scope.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, resource planning, procurement activities, and technical dependencies.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives, equipment upgrades, and planned shutdown activities.
• Develop Spare parts strategy and implement the ERP program for the same.
• Track project milestones, budgets, risks, vendor performance, and overall programme progress.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, site procedures, and applicable quality requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, resolve execution challenges, and drive timely project completion.
