The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of accounting experience, including significant leadership roles. Responsibilities include managing financial accounting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a team of accounting professionals. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range between $145,000 to $155,000 a year.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a Controller or similar leadership role.
• Strong experience in manufacturing environments, including cost accounting and inventory management.
• Experience working with international subsidiaries or global companies.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial accounting aspects, including general ledger and payroll.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Oversee inventory and cost accounting processes.
