Halma plc, a Houston-based, FTSE-listed engineering sensor group, seeks a hands-on Financial Controller to lead the accounting function in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This on-site Texas role partners with the CFO and regional leaders to ensure rigorous, scalable financial processes across multiple entities and currencies.

Competenze

• CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• Proven success as a Controller or senior finance leader in a high-growth or complex global environment.
• Strong background in manufacturing and cost accounting.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
• Experience operating within a public company or structured reporting environment.
• Track record of building and scaling finance functions.

• Own the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, statutory inputs and group reporting across global entities.
• Lead monthly and annual close processes with emphasis on speed, rigor and transparency.
• Deliver actionable financial insights to support CFO-led decision-making.
• Ensure alignment with IFRS group reporting requirements and audit expectations.
• Lead audit processes and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
• Build and scale a robust internal controls environment and cross-border finance leadership.
