Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent certification preferred for governance and reporting.
• Deep experience with manufacturing cost accounting and margin analysis.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and multi-entity, multi-currency reporting.
• Proven track record leading finance functions in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own integrity and timeliness of management accounts, statutory inputs and group reporting.
• Lead monthly and annual close with speed, rigor, and clear evidence of review.
• Deliver actionable financial insights to support CFO-led decisions.
• Ensure IFRS alignment, local statutory requirements, and audit readiness.
