Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a visionary Manufacturing Engineering Director to lead a global team of engineers and automation specialists. You will standardize processes across international sites, drive lean improvements, and champion smart automation and AI-enabled maintenance to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

You will manage remote teams across time zones, align engineering outputs with client quality agreements, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Qualifications

10–15+ years in senior leadership within high-variation manufacturing.
Lean Six Sigma expertise and TOC; Black Belt preferred.
Experience leading remote teams across time zones.
Engineering degree; MBA/Operations Mgmt advantageous.

Responsibilities

Drive global process standardization across manufacturing and test sites.
Lead lean initiatives and a high-ROI project pipeline.
Advance automation with Cobots and ML-driven maintenance models.
Ensure safety, quality, and audit-compliant outputs.
