Zippertubing seeks a Corporate Controller to lead finance across multiple entities in a privately held manufacturing group. You will oversee accounting operations, close cycles, and consolidated reporting, partnering with US and international leaders to drive financial performance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with strong manufacturing cost/process knowledge.
• Experience supporting multiple entities/subsidiaries or divisions.
• Strong financial reporting, month-end close, and consolidated statements.
• Intercompany accounting and multi-currency/foreign exchange knowledge.
• Strategic partnering with cross-functional leaders and executives.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Discretion handling confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Oversee timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
• Establish and improve internal controls and accounting policies.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executives.
• Partner with operations, sales, supply chain for performance insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Monitor profitability, working capital, and cash flow.
