Zippertubing Company is seeking a Corporate Controller to provide financial leadership across multiple entities. You will oversee accounting operations, consolidate financial statements, and strengthen internal controls while partnering with U.S. and international operations.

This hands-on leadership role requires manufacturing accounting expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive process improvements across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience (Controller/Director).
• Manufacturing experience with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany accounting.
• Experience with financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls.
• Experience with international operations and foreign entities.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
• Establish and improve internal controls and policies.
• Provide financial analysis to support executive decisions.
• Partner with operations and sales to improve financial performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Analyze profitability, working capital, and cash flow.
