Job summary

Zentis Plymouth, Indiana seeks a Production Controller to act as the finance partner for manufacturing operations. You will lead cost management, labor optimization, and reporting to maximize productivity and profitability across the plant.

The role requires deep knowledge of cost accounting, manufacturing processes, and ERP systems, with close collaboration to operations, engineering, and leadership to drive continuous improvements and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related required.
• Prior manufacturing cost accounting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead production cost analysis and reporting for direct/indirect costs.
• Develop cost models to evaluate profitability and efficiency.
• Monitor variances, labor, overheads, waste, and capacity utilization.
• Partner with Plant Management to drive cost reduction and productivity.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close for the plant.
