L&L Products is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, governance, and global financial health for a U.S.-based multinational manufacturing business. The CFO partners with the CEO, shareholders, and senior leadership to drive profitable growth, capital allocation, and enterprise value across manufacturing and supply-chain operations.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, strong manufacturing experience, and a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is required.
• MBA/CPA/CFA or equivalent professional credential preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy to support growth, margin expansion, and cash generation.
• Partner with CEO/shareholders on strategic initiatives and capital investments.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and KPIs across global operations.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and local statutory requirements across subsidiaries.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, debt facilities, and risk management.
• Evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
