Job summary

Confidential Jobs is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy for a family-owned manufacturing group delivering engineering-based fastening, textiles, and plastic components to diverse markets.

The CFO will drive standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive financial reporting across global operations, including OEM and Tier 1 partnerships, while developing KPIs, dashboards, and disciplined working capital management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting required; MBA/CPA strongly preferred.
• 20+ years of progressive finance leadership in global manufacturing.
• Experience as CFO or senior finance leader with full P&L responsibility.
• Leadership in global multi-entity manufacturing environments.
• Metrics-driven leadership and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership across global Manufacturing operations.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Drive cost discipline and standard costing improvements.
• Develop financial models, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Ensure internal controls and timely reporting.
• Oversee ERP, IT, and BI systems for decision support.
