The successful candidate will drive ERP modernization, governance, and continuous process improvements to enhance profitability and shareholder value in a complex engineer-to-order environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience; at least 5 years as CFO in manufacturing.
• Experience with international business operations and global manufacturing/distribution.
• Experience with ERP systems, finance transformation, and process improvements.
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost analysis, standard costing, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with international financial regulations and compliance.

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with long-term goals and lead strategic financial planning activities.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, risk management, and compliance to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
