Job summary

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) seeks a Malaria Technical Advisor for the REACH Malaria project. This remote, US-based role supports country program teams with malaria programming, capacity building, and knowledge management to accelerate progress in malaria case management, MiP, SMC, and related health areas.

You will provide technical guidance, coordinate with PATH as prime contractor, and help ensure high-quality implementation aligned with donor guidelines and sector best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Eight years international advisory/ management exp with malaria programming.
• Experience in technical assistance and donor proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement agency-wide malaria strategies and standards.
• Provide technical solutions remotely and on-site for program design and M&E.
• Serve as technical backstop across multiple countries in partnership with PATH.
• Maintain current malaria knowledge and scale up best practices.
• Assist with learning strategies, trainings, and CP staff mentoring.
• Support knowledge management and capture lessons learned.
• Engage with donors, national malaria programs, and partners to share best practices.
