Job summary

You will supervise a team, manage CMMS, and coordinate with Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain for plant expansions. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, with strong Lean/ TPM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years supervision in manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong Lean/ TPM experience.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude relevant to plant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce repair costs.
• Lead maintenance practices to drive operational excellence.
• Coordinate with Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain for plant expansions.
• Supervise maintenance staff and support development through performance feedback.
• Manage CMMS for work orders, spare parts inventory, and maintenance history.
