Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with industrial equipment (conveyors, pumps, drives, hydraulics).
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment and systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Respond quickly to equipment failures to minimize production downtime.
• Use mechanical skills including welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Identify root causes of failures and help implement long-term solutions.
• Support and lead maintenance projects when needed.
• Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records.
• Assist with spare parts planning and inventory.
• Promote a positive, safety-focused work environment.
