Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in Transportation or logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with US Export Regulations and freight documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with MS Office; Excel and Word proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage machine shipments, including stock, consignment, and regional show machines; ensure on-schedule delivery and accurate paperwork.
• Coordinate logistics and documentation with distributors, customers, suppliers, freight carriers, and customs brokers; prepare and process release documents and bills of lading.
• Administer machine movement requests (consignment, lease, trade show, showroom, return, repossessed); collaborate across internal teams for efficient execution.
• Process purchase orders related to freight, rigging, and movement; monitor costs and assist with payment documentation.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping requirements.
