Job summary

Thom Browne, Inc. is seeking a Global Manager Retail Operations to drive the execution of the global retail operations strategy across its luxury store network.

You will collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent standards, tools, and initiatives that elevate client experience and operational excellence. Reporting to the Senior Director Global Retail Operations, you will coordinate programs, monitor performance, and lead cross-functional efforts with Retail, IT, Finance, HR, and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of retail operations experience in luxury/fashion.
• Experience supporting multi-store or global retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Support global retail operational standards and procedures across the store network.
• Coordinate readiness for openings, relocations, renovations, and closures.
• Partner with regional teams to address challenges and share best practices.
• Maintain retail policies and tools with Regional and Market teams.
• Monitor compliance and audit for improvement opportunities.
• Support inventory management, loss prevention, and accuracy initiatives.
