Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking an experienced real estate sales professional to drive international sales in South Florida and designated markets. You will leverage relationships with buyers, investors, brokers, and referral partners to close opportunities across luxury properties.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese, with travel between South Florida and Orlando to participate in events and model previews.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • College coursework preferred.
  • Minimum five years of experience in new development, luxury, resort, condo‑hotel, vacation‑home, investment‑property or international real estate sales preferred.
  • Experience working with international buyers, investors, brokers, or agents preferred.
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and close PulteGroup products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with international buyers, investors, brokers, real estate professionals, and referral partners throughout South Florida and designated international markets.
  • Monitor and meet Customer Quality Experience (CQE) goals.
  • Generate leads from customer referrals and core realtor group resulting in international sales opportunities for designated Orlando-area communities.
  • Conduct interviews to all prospects for current/future home sales, make presentations to model visitors, and demonstrate the models, spec homes and the amenities of the community.
  • Maintain accurate international lead, referral source, customer follow-up, and sales activity in the CRM system.
  • Create market-specific outreach plans for approved South American markets.
  • Explain principal and interest payments, taxes, insurance, CC&R's (deed restrictions), homeowner associations, and if applicable club/golf membership plans.
  • Prepare required paperwork for each home sale and for prospective purchasers.
  • Assist in making prospective homebuyer appointments with design center, mortgage, key inspection and settlement departments when necessary.
  • Keep homebuyer updated as to construction progress and estimated completion dates and remain actively involved in the sales process through closing.
  • Communicate properly to the appropriate departments, any customer requests for information or service.
  • Actively manage backlog and communicate with Pulte Mortgage and/or outside lenders.
  • Conduct regular monthly competitive shops and report findings back to peers and management.
  • Regularly walk model park, sales center, and other community features identifying any items that are not customer ready and coordinate their repair/maintenance with the appropriate party.
  • Regularly audit community website, MLS, collateral, and any other consumer facing material to ensure accuracy in presentation.
  • Travel regularly between South Florida and Orlando and participate in approved sales events and meetings as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Sell and close PulteGroup products.

  • Existing professional relationships with buyers, brokers, agents, investors, or referral partners in South Florida and Latin America preferred

  • Knowledge of the Miami, Orlando, and broader South Florida real estate markets preferred

  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese preferred
