Flexjet is seeking an experienced Events Manager to elevate its global brand presence through high-touch owner engagements, prospecting events, and luxury lifestyle collaborations. You will manage end-to-end events, from aircraft showcases to galas, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional service for UHNW guests.

You will collaborate with the Director of Lifestyle, VP Global Marketing, and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into memorable experiences that drive loyalty

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end event strategy and execution from concept to completion.
• Coordinate venue selection, logistics, vendors, transportation, catering, and guest experience.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI metrics; present outcomes to senior leadership.
• Negotiate contracts with venues, sponsors, and service providers to maximize impact.
