Flexjet and its portfolio of luxury brands are seeking an experienced Event Manager to elevate the company’s global brand presence through thoughtfully curated, high-touch events and experiences.

This role is responsible for the strategic planning and flawless execution of owner engagement, prospecting, brand, philanthropic, and internal events that strengthen customer loyalty, enhance brand affinity, generate qualified leads, and reinforce Flexjet's position as a leader in luxury private

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Professional certifications in event management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual event strategy aligned with brand objectives.
• Lead events from concept to completion, including aircraft showcases and galas.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and run-of-show documents.
• Coordinate venues, vendors, transportation, catering, and guest experiences.
• Present event results and ROI to senior leadership.
