Job summary

IDEXX's Westbrook distribution center seeks a Warehouse Associate to perform receiving, picking, packing, loading, and shipping tasks. This full-time, 1st shift role runs Monday through Friday and supports a global supply chain.

You will handle documentation, ensure shipment accuracy, and assist with international shipping while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment. Opportunities include forklift training and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 70 pounds independently (or up to 100 pounds with assistance).
• Experience with SAP, Excel and Word is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, load, and ship products to national and international customers and distribution centers.
• Prepare documentation and products, ensure shipment accuracy, and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with international shipping, including reviewing vendor bills.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Investigate inventory inaccuracies and provide root-cause analyses.
• Support inventory processes, cycle counts, data entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Move and store equipment, raw materials, and inventory for internal and external customers.
• Support instrument repair shipping, daily receiving, and tracking of repaired materials.
• Coordinate failure analysis and reporting, and support worldwide field returns.
