Job summary

IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our Westbrook distribution center in Maine. This full-time, first-shift role covers receiving, picking, packing, loading, and shipping products to customers worldwide.

You will work in a temperature-controlled environment with pathways for growth and strong focus on safety and accuracy. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma (Associate's degree a plus), can lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and are comfortable using SAP, Word and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 70 pounds with assistance.
• SAP, Microsoft Word and Excel familiarity is a plus.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, load, and ship products to national and international customers and distribution centers.
• Prepare documentation and ensure shipment accuracy; troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate international shipping and review vendor bills.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and provide root-cause analyses.
• Support inventory processes, cycle counts, data entry, tracking and reporting.
• Move and store equipment, raw materials, and inventory.
