Job summary
Slalom, a leading consultancy, is seeking a senior Logistics & Distribution professional to shape strategies and optimize networks. You will partner with clients to redesign fulfillment, using data, interviews and workshops to uncover opportunities that drive rapid value.
With 8+ years in transportation, warehouse management or network design, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams and guide client executives on best practices and emerging trends in the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Deep logistics industry understanding with consulting or 3PL background.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to improve supply chain performance.
- Experience implementing logistics systems (TMS/WMS/OMS) such as Oracle, SAP, Blue Yonder, Manhattan.
Responsibilities
- Create the future of logistics and distribution through innovative thought leadership and solutions.
- Develop and implement logistics and supply chain strategies to optimize network performance and efficiency.
- Partner with clients to transform business models and fulfillment experiences using emerging tech.
- Use interviews, workshops and data insights to diagnose opportunities delivering value quickly.
- Execute across analytics, technology, process and operating model design for holistic solutions.
- Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor and ensure satisfaction.
